Who handles your information

Jason Boman, trading as Camel Travel Solutions, operates this service. Contact the shared Camel booking inbox at bookings@camelexecutivetravel.co.uk or call 028 9558 3310 about your information.

Information used to arrange your journey

We collect your name, email, phone number, journey addresses and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight number if provided, and booking and payment references. We use these details to quote, arrange and manage your transfer, provide support, handle refunds and maintain business records.

Services and drivers involved

Google provides address suggestions and road-route verification. Stripe processes payment details securely; this website does not collect your full card details. Supabase supports our shared booking and driver system. Our email service sends booking confirmations. Drivers receive journey and contact details needed for their assigned work. Camel Travel Solutions and Camel Executive Travel use the shared Camel operational system.

Optional WhatsApp updates

If you select WhatsApp updates when booking, your phone number and the necessary tracking information are used to send journey updates through the configured messaging service. You can book without choosing these updates. You can ask us to stop optional updates.

Use and retention

We use information as needed to perform your booking, meet applicable record-keeping duties, manage service issues and protect the booking system. Information is retained for these purposes and removed or anonymised when no longer needed. Service providers may process information outside the UK with their applicable safeguards.

Your requests

Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or to ask about deletion, restrictions or objections. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business-record purposes. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Browser services

Address search loads Google Maps when you open the booking page. The website also loads fonts from Google. These services receive technical request information, such as your IP address. The shared driver and admin portals use browser storage for authentication. We have not added advertising or analytics tracking to this website.
